Popular Indian movie actor  Amruta Khanvilkar is known for her stellar performances in Hindi and Marathi movies and theater. Celebrities are often seen paying tribute to their Nation’s security forces or even joining hands with them to spread awareness for National welfare and what better occasion than a National day to do so?!

On the occasion of India’s 72nd Independence Day, the actor celebrated her ‘Ae Watan’ with the Police officers’ wives at the Thane Police quarters in Mumbai. She mentioned about how much she was stunned by the sheer fearlessness and spirit of the wives she met and called them True superheroes.

The video of them all singing the actor’s ‘Raazi’ movie song ‘ Ae watan’ will make you sing along and feel the love for your country. Have a look!

The actress was last seen in  Meghna Gulzar’s ‘Raazi’ and recently released John Abraham starrer ‘Satyamev Jayate’.
