Ekta Kapoor’s ALT Balaji is soon going to come up with a web show on Love, heartbreaks and second chances titled ‘Broken’ starring ‘Death In The Gung’ star Vikrant Massey and Harleen Sethi in the lead roles.
Ekta and the team shared the first poster of the upcoming web series on their social media recently that talks about ‘Love’ as a healer, as a power that makes one rise from the pits, as a motivation to achieve the impossible and beyond.
While describing the poster of ‘Broken’, the team captioned their posts as, “Once in a lifetime a love happens that makes you love yourself, helps you rise in love, helps you recover your tattered self-esteem and helps you find yourself, #broken is about that love that heals the heart, not breaks it. And it’s even more special if it finds you when you are #broken”
The show concept resonates with almost everyone and has a huge mass appeal. Even though deals with a sensitive and emotional subject, the show is layered with subtle underlined layers that makes it for a wholesome watch as per the makers and the cast.
Vikrant marks his third project with Ekta Kapoor with this show, post ‘Lootera’ and critically acclaimed ‘Lipstick Under My Burkha’.
Written by ALt Balaji’s star runner show ‘Bose: Dead or Alive’ writer Reshu Nath, the show also stars Simran Kaur Mundi, Sarita Tanwar in pivotal characters.
Vikrant will soon be seen in a hard core crime thriller web series ‘Mirzapur’ for Amazon Prime streaming platform releasing on 16th November 2018.
