Fukrey is undoubtedly one of the most successful comedy franchise of the Bollywood industry which bought an unexpected success at the box office. While the characters of the first instalment gained recognition for their relativity to the youth, the makers released a sequel which managed to mint coins at the box office again and now the makers are in for another shot.
While the entire entertainment industry is halted amid the Coronavirus pandemic which has grasped its grip in 195 countries and infected more than 4 lakh people around the globe, the makers of the Fukrey franchise are planning a treat for its fans. As per the report, Fukrey 3 is in works and the makers have asked the principal cast of the franchise to lock their dates in October for the third instalment of the comedy-drama.
Meanwhile the nationwide lockdown of weeks, director Mrigdeep Singh Lamba have started working on the story with his team of writers while the project is expected to go on the floors once the situation stabilizes. The co-producer of the franchise, Ritesh Sidhwani, had earlier hinted about the third instalment to the series and the fans had been eagerly waiting for an official announcement of the same.
While we couldn’t get in contact with the principal cast of the movie as the celebrities are in self-isolation as per the precautionary measures, we can assure that the third part will be equally entertaining and stomach aching with the epic comic hooks.
