Ranveer and Zoya came together for the first time for the multi-starrer drama, Dil Dhadakne Do, and Ranveer Singh was highly praised for his performance in the movie. Their second outing, Gully Boy, turned out to be one of the best performances by the actor and the movie got nominated for the race of prestigious Academy Awards as well. As per the reports, Zoya is keen on working with Ranveer for her next.
If reports are to be believed, Zoya Akhtar has completed script of her next project and she sees her hero in Ranveer Singh. The source also stated that Ranveer was impressed with the script and gave his nod to the project but is yet to sign the dotted line. With Coronavirus and lockdown on the block, we might expect a delay in the official announcement since Ranveer will be rescheduling dates of his prior commitments.
However, as the director-actor relationship between Ranveer and Zoya is known, Ranveer will surely find a way to be part of her next.
