Saif Ali Khan has been hitting the right chords lately with the right choices of movies and digital series. The second season of the much-awaited crime thriller Sacred Games went on air on the occasion of Independence Day and Saif Ali Khan is just as promising as expected. Meanwhile, on his birthday, makers of his upcoming movie unveiled the first look of Laal Kaptaan.

In the 30 seconds long teaser, Saif Ali Khan has managed to leave an impact on the viewer as a Naga Sandhu. With the intense red eyes seeking vengeance and ashes gliding over his face, Laal Kaptaan looks dreadful and gripping. The background score and dialogue are equally intimidating.

Helmed by NH10 famed director Navdeep Singh, Laal Kaptaan is being bankrolled by Eros International in association with Anand L Rai’s production banner, Colour Yellow Productions. Starring Saif Ali Khan in the titular character along with Zoya Hussain and Manav Vij in prominent character, the movie is slated to a release date of 11 October.
