Salman Khan is the superstar of the millennial and his last outing with filmmaker Prabhu Deva, Dabangg 3, hit the theatres on the 20th of December 2019. Despite mixed reviews, the cop-drama managed to mint success at the box office and entered the 200 crore club with ease. While the actor is already working on his next, he took to his social media handle to announce another project.
Dabangg 3 actor Salman Khan took to the micro-blogging website, Twitter, to announce his collaboration with filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala for his next, Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, that will be helmed by director Farhad Samji. His tweet read, “Announcing my next film… KABHI EID KABHI DIWALI …. The announced movie marks the reunion for the actor-filmmaker duo after straight six years post their collaboration for the vigilante drama, Kick, in the year 2014 which also marked the directorial debut of Sajid Nadiadwala. Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali will be helmed by Farhad Samji while Sajid Nadiadwala will pen down the story and bankroll the project as well. The movie has already booked the Eid release for the year 2021 and the project is expected to go on the floors by the end of the current year.
Meanwhile, Salman Khan is busy shooting his next, Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai, with director Prabhu Deva which also stars Disha Patani and Randeep Hooda in prominent characters. The movie is slated to release on 22 May 2020.
