In the last couple of days, many must have noticed Hindi cinema actor Ayushmann Khurrana seemed all miffed at the ‘Dangal’ star Sanya Malhotra for dragging him into something unwanted on Twitter. The fans and their celebrity friends were equally confused as to what lead to the otherwise fun loving actor in such somber mood.

However, the reason for Ayushmann’s disgruntled mood has been revealed today and mind you it will only make you feel sorry yet laugh at his plight. Don’t believe us? Why don’t you see it for yourself.

If you still haven’t got it, let us clear the confusion for you all. Junglee Pictures in association with Chrome Pictures brings us an an unusual and unique hysterical story ‘Badhaai Ho’  starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Sanya Malhotra, Neena Gupta, Gajraj Rao, Sureka Sikri and Sheeba Anand.

The story centres around the character of Ayushmann Khurrana whose parents Neena Gupta and Gajraj Rao get accidentally pregnant and now the situation has made them butt of all  jokes and embarrassing taunts from the neighbors, relatives and onlookers.

We have often have seen and heard elders going after young married couples to start planning a family soon, but how often have you seen such scenarios played out in Hindi movies where a soon to be married guy gets to know his parents still make “unprotected” love and the consequence of which is societal embarrassment? Director Amit Sharma brings this unusual situation to life  in the most light hearted yet hysterical manner.

The trailer surely has you in splits, but also indicates the there is more to the story than Ayushmann’s family stuck in this comical yet unwanted embarrassing situation.  ‘Badhaai Ho’ is all set to hit the theaters on October 19th.
