Hrithik Roshan was the perfect cast to play a powerful Indian superhero on the big screen 15 years ago and Krrish remains one of the most successful superhero franchise in India. While the last instalment to the movie series was released 8 years ago, the makers had been working on the script for the fourth instalment for many years. On completing 15 years since the first Krrish released, Hrithik Roshan teased Krrish 4.
Krrish 4 was originally slated for a release last year but due to Rakesh Roshan’s cancer diagnoses, the movie production came to a halt indefinitely. For years, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan has expressed his desire to complete the highly anticipated and awaited project and Hrithik hints that it is finally happening.
Celebrating 15 years of Krrish, Hrithik Roshan took to his social media handle to share a very short video clip of Krrish flying high while getting rid of his superhero mask. The actor further used Krrish 4 hashtag in the caption that reads, “The past is done. Let’s see what the future brings. Krrish4 #15yearsofkrrish #Krrish4”.

It was earlier reported that the fourth instalment of the franchise will feature Hrithik Roshan in multiple characters including the antagonist of the movie. As per the latest reports, the makers are planning to begin the pre-production of the movie soon.
