Deepika Padukone has been in the news lately to be a part of a number of speculated projects and the later reports suggested that she would not be a part of any. However, the latest report in the Filmfare suggests that Deepika Padukone is indeed a part of Luv Ranjan’s next and will share screen space with ex-flame Ranbir Kapoor.
As per the report, Deepika Padukone was surprised when she saw the reports that she is not a part of the Luv Ranjan directorial as she has been in meetings with the director to discuss the project. The untitled movie stars Ranbir Kapoor and Ajay Devgn in the male leads while the female lead has not been officially confirmed yet.
It was earlier reported that Shraddha Kapoor has been roped in for the project but she recently chose Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayan over Luv Ranjan’s next since both the movies have the same shooting schedule.
The movie is expected to go on floors next year after Ranbir Kapoor wraps the shooting of Brahmastra and Shamshera. Meanwhile, Deepika Padukone is busy with her projects that includes 83′ and Chapak.
