Renowned actress Richa Chadha recently vented her frustration on social media, recounting her disappointing travel experiences with MakeMyTrip and Air India. In a tweet, she criticized both companies for alleged poor service, lack of accountability, and labeled them as “Saste cheats.”

Chadha detailed her grievances, claiming her flight was cancelled without prior notice. She specifically called out MakeMyTrip for its “Thakela customer service,” emphasizing the absence of a refund option. Concluding her tweet, she expressed her hope for both companies to endure more losses in the coming year.

Responding to a user who appreciated the term “Thakela,” Richa Chadha took a swipe at Air India, describing it as a “more thakela, loss-making mammoth” with no human team managing their Twitter account, only bots.

MakeMyTrip responded to Chadha’s tweet, assuring her that they were addressing her concerns and would provide updates via DM and call by the evening.

Support for Richa’s grievances emerged from netizens who shared similar negative experiences with the airline and booking platform in the comments section. Users reported issues such as flight cancellations without intimation, changes in timings causing missed connections, and difficulties in obtaining refunds.
